La pr\u00e9sente politique d\u00e9crit les conditions applicables aux retours et remboursements, conform\u00e9ment aux lois en vigueur au Canada et au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. D\u00e9lai de retour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le client dispose d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de <strong>14 jours suivant la r\u00e9ception de la commande<\/strong> pour soumettre une demande de retour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, aucun retour ou remboursement ne pourra \u00eatre accord\u00e9, sauf lorsque la loi l\u2019exige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Conditions d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre admissible \u00e0 un retour, le produit doit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00catre <strong>neuf, non ouvert, non utilis\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre retourn\u00e9 dans son <strong>emballage d\u2019origine intact<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une <strong>preuve d\u2019achat valide<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour des raisons de <strong>sant\u00e9, d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>, les produits alimentaires, suppl\u00e9ments ou produits de bien-\u00eatre <strong>ouverts ou partiellement utilis\u00e9s ne sont ni \u00e9changeables ni remboursables<\/strong>, sauf en cas de d\u00e9faut ou d\u2019erreur de notre part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Produits exclus des retours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauf obligation l\u00e9gale, les produits suivants sont <strong>non remboursables<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Produits ouverts, utilis\u00e9s ou alt\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produits en promotion, en solde ou en liquidation (vente finale)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cartes-cadeaux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Frais de retour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les <strong>frais d\u2019exp\u00e9dition pour le retour sont \u00e0 la charge du client<\/strong>, sauf si le retour r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une erreur de BHW (produit d\u00e9fectueux ou non conforme).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les frais de livraison initiaux ne sont <strong>pas remboursables<\/strong>, sauf disposition contraire pr\u00e9vue par la loi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Proc\u00e9dure de retour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant tout retour, le client doit obligatoirement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contacter notre service \u00e0 <strong><a>info@bhwoman.com<\/a><\/strong> en fournissant :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le num\u00e9ro de commande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le nom du produit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le motif de la demande<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendre une <strong>autorisation \u00e9crite de retour<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retourner le produit selon les instructions transmises<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout retour effectu\u00e9 sans autorisation pr\u00e9alable pourra \u00eatre refus\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Remboursement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception et inspection du produit retourn\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le client sera inform\u00e9 par courriel de l\u2019acceptation ou du refus du remboursement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En cas d\u2019acceptation, le remboursement sera effectu\u00e9 sur le <strong>mode de paiement original<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le traitement du remboursement peut prendre <strong>5 \u00e0 10 jours ouvrables<\/strong>, selon l\u2019institution financi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Produits d\u00e9fectueux ou erreur de commande<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <strong>Loi sur la protection du consommateur (Qu\u00e9bec)<\/strong> et aux lois canadiennes applicables :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si un produit est <strong>d\u00e9fectueux, non conforme ou diff\u00e9rent de la commande<\/strong>, le client doit nous contacter dans un d\u00e9lai de <strong>48 heures suivant la r\u00e9ception<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des preuves (photos) peuvent \u00eatre exig\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les frais de retour seront alors pris en charge par BHW<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un remplacement ou un remboursement sera propos\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
